In the bible, Sandalwood is called ALOES and

Psalm 45 prophesies that the garments of the Messiah, Jesus, will carry this fragrance! It was also used as part of His burial oils. As I study the spiritual meaning of this oil deeper, I will be sure to share what the Lord shows me with you!

"Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad." Psalm 45:7-8
